Bookkeeper & Office Support - Part time

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with skills in office administration looking for a part-time opportunity in Springvale, VIC?  

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses strong bookkeeping skills and experience in office administration.

This role is Part-Time 3-4 days per week, between 9am-3pm, with the potential of 5 days.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Uploading all invoices to financial portal
  • Incoming phone support
  • Administration support
  • Support the General Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Peach).
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV or higher in Accounting or a related field.
