Job description:

• Provide technical expertise and support to the maintenance engineering team in resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues related to chemical processes.
• Establish and maintain a robust feedback mechanism within the engineering team.
• Provide insightful feedback to enhance processes and address operational challenges.
• Utilise engineering data and analytics to analyse manufacturing data, identify trends, forecast potential issues, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure the consistent production of high-quality chemical products.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of engineering processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Maintain organised records for reference and future analysis.
• Work closely with other engineering professionals and departments to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications/Attributes:

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Must possess at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and processes.
• Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
