Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the status analysis of business and system, the design and optimization of the system related the business of supply chain purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and other areas
- Communicate with representatives of business units to understand their needs and issues.
- Analyze the business processes and systems of the business unit to identify potential improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing ICT solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Write detailed business requirements documentation to ensure the development team understands and meets the business requirements.
- Coordinate with development team to ensure solution delivery on time.
- Test and validate ICT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform well.
- Provide training and support to ensure business units can properly use new ICT solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that ICT solutions meet the company's security and compliance requirements.
- Keep track of the latest trends and technologies in the ICT industry and provide relevant advice and guidance to companies.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business information technology, information technology, computer science or software engineering related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the ICT industry.
- Have a good knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills are essential for this role
- Strong documentation skills to create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, functional specifications, and system design
- Attention to detail and the ability to organize information in a clear and concise manner are crucial.
- Work collaboratively with others as well as self-motivated to work independently
