The company now operates Tasmania's newest, largest and most technically advanced refrigerated equipment and has cemented itself as the states market leader in both service and innovation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the status analysis of business and system, the design and optimization of the system related the business of supply chain purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and other areas
2. Communicate with representatives of business units to understand their needs and issues.
3. Analyze the business processes and systems of the business unit to identify potential improvement opportunities.
4. Assist in developing ICT solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
5. Write detailed business requirements documentation to ensure the development team understands and meets the business requirements.
6. Coordinate with development team to ensure solution delivery on time.
7. Test and validate ICT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform well.
8. Provide training and support to ensure business units can properly use new ICT solutions.
9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Ensure that ICT solutions meet the company's security and compliance requirements.
11. Keep track of the latest trends and technologies in the ICT industry and provide relevant advice and guidance to companies.

Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in business information technology, information technology, computer science or software engineering related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the ICT industry.
3. Have a good knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
4. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good communication skills are essential for this role
6. Strong documentation skills to create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, functional specifications, and system design
7. Attention to detail and the ability to organize information in a clear and concise manner are crucial.
8. Work collaboratively with others as well as self-motivated to work independently
