We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR at PRO EQUIPMENT RENTAL, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

In this role, you will handle a variety of customer service tasks, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and live chats, processing orders and returns, and resolving customer issues. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contribute to improving our overall customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a friendly and professional mannerHandle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customersProcess orders, returns, and exchangesResolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM systemIdentify and implement opportunities to improve our customer service processesStay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and exceed their expectations

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills and experience with CRM softwareAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryPositive and professional attitude towards customersAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFlexibility to work irregular hours and weekends if needed
