Job Description:
Pay Range $70hr - $80hr
Capture business process steps related to the necessary requirements to perform job functions, procedures, workflow, report generation, and end-user data entry within certain modules for the ERP platform.
Demonstrated expertise to create online adoption courses and deliver in virtual environments to include webinar set-up and facilitation.
Demonstrated expertise in creating facilitator guides, job-aides and learning guides.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written and video communication skills,
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to be flexible and adaptive within diverse, changing environments.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus.
Excellent technical skills within the Microsoft Office 365 Suite to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, TEAMS, Planner, Captivate or Camtasia and Outlook.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education or other related degree.
3 years of related experience including responsibilities in training development.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
