Salary: $74,000 plus 11.5% superannuation

As a rapidly growing hybrid agency, AEK eCommerce Group Pty Ltd own and operate several eCommerce stores across various niches and offer comprehensive product development services alongside digital marketing management.

AEK eCommerce Group is seeking a talented and dynamic Web Project Manager to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing web projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, stay within budget, and are delivered on time. You will collaborate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to create and manage project plans, allocate resources, and communicate with stakeholders. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be critical in delivering high-quality digital solutions that drive client success.

As the Web Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is translated into effective web solutions. You will facilitate regular meetings, provide progress updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve balancing multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and requirements, while maintaining a focus on innovation and efficiency. You will also play a key role in refining our project management processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and scalability of our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years proven experience as a Web Project Manager or similar role in a digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of web projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Skills:

·      Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·      Proficiency with project management software 

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

·      Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·      Knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing is a plus.
