Key Responsibilities:

• Repair a wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets, addressing both hardware and software problems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers, using your expertise in micro soldering and logic board diagnostics.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify faults at the component level and perform precise electronic repairs.
• Offer professional advice on tech-related issues, manage retail sales of electronic accessories, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement both software and hardware solutions to meet customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain and replace damaged or faulty electronic components to keep devices operational.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and service histories using our specialized software, ensuring accurate documentation of all tasks.
• Set up computer networks, manage stock and inventory, and maintain a clean and organized repair workspace.
• Communicate effectively with customers across various platforms, including in-person, phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage daily operational tasks, process payments, and refurbish screens and other components as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics repair.
• Strong skills in micro soldering and component-level diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in retail sales and inventory management is an advantage.
