Key Responsibilities:
- Repair various electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets, addressing both hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for customers, utilizing your expertise in micro soldering and logic board repairs.
- Employ advanced diagnostic tools to identify component-level faults and perform meticulous electronic repairs.
- Provide expert advice on technical issues, manage retail sales of electronic accessories, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement solutions for both software and hardware challenges to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
- Maintain and replace damaged or faulty components to keep devices in optimal condition.
- Document repairs and service histories accurately using specialized software, ensuring comprehensive task records.
- Set up and manage computer networks, oversee stock and inventory, and maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle daily operations, process payments, and refurbish screens and other components as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic device repair.
- Proficiency in micro soldering and component-level diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail sales and inventory management is a plus.
