DENTAL ASSISTANT AND FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER

If the answer to the above is yes, then our dental practice in Townsville is seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant with front desk skills to join our fast growing and dynamic team

This position will be offered ,initially on a CASUAL basis with the opportunity to to have overtime also.

You will be required to work some weekends as well as evenings too

Our team enjoys continuing education and opportunities to further develop their dental knowledge and skills and all education and further development will be funded by the employer 

To succeed in the role you should have:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Dental Assisting Role.

• High Level of Infection Control techniques.

• The ability to deal with patients and show a high level of empathy .

• Ability to multi-task and work well within a team

• Professional and friendly Communication Skills.

• Front office experience.

• Administration background including computer skills.

 Take constructive feedback positively

 Excellent communication skills

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience in Dental Software management as well as front desk and chair side assisting skills

However, we are prepared to train you should you not have any formal dental qualifications.

All we require is that the candidate is highly motivated , has a positive attitude to work and is prepared to work in a fun environment while delivering the highest standards of dental care .
