Role Summary: As Set Out Manager Pre-Production, you'll work closely with Operations and Production Managers to ensure top-quality cabinetry production. You'll use our Qiitp System and lean manufacturing methods to transform clients' designs into high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Satisfaction: Use our Qiitp System and Help Desk to keep clients happy by streamlining processes and resolving issues quickly.
• Team Leadership: Lead a talented team of preproduction tradesmen, helping them grow their skills in 'Cabinet Vision' and providing support through our Help Desk.
• Production Planning: Schedule jobs and optimize factory output to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Certificate III In Cabinet Making 
• 8+ Years in Cabinet Making or similar (including apprenticeship) 
• Intermediate experience in Hexagon ‘Planit’ Cabinet Vision
• Experience with on-site cabinet installations (residential is advantage)
• Ability to demonstrate leading a team and project management skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft or similar software applications to transfer skills to Cabinets Online proprietary software
