JOB TITLE: Technical Sales Representative

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your position in Technical Sales is integral to the success of Euro UPVC Windows PTY LTD. This role requires a harmonious blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively address client needs and contribute to our business growth.
You will work as an integral contributor within the Australian team to maintain and grow the company’s presence in the local market. We are looking for a person that is experienced in solution-based selling and has strong customer relationship building skills as well as a technical background.
This role will be responsible for the following:
· Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of UPVC windows and doors products, including specifications, features, and benefits.
· Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding product suitability, installation, and maintenance.
· Assist clients in customising products to meet their specific requirements and preferences.
· Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals to clients, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are covered.
· Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to finalising contracts.
· Gather and analyse feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
· Coordinate with team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
· Provide post-sale support to address any issues or concerns, including warranty claims and product adjustments.
· Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Demonstrated hands-on experience with Klaes software specifically for window and door production. Candidates should be able to showcase their proficiency in using Klaes for designing, managing, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
· Prior experience in a sales capacity
· Technical aptitude to understand and explain product diagrams and applications
· Self-motivated with a strategic approach to researching clients and following sales processes
· The demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPI's, grow sales and your client base
· Excellent client service, account management, and interpersonal communication skills
· Good IT/administrative skills to update a CRM and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Current driver's license
Qualifications: Degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role/industry
