The Role:

Your focus will be planning, designing, and managing the construction and maintenance of our manufacturing facility development projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·        Plan, design, and manage construction and maintenance of commercial and industrial buildings

·        Construction site Labor, material and equipment management

·        Conduct site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other)

·        Assess potential risks, design amendment, materials, and costs

·        Provide technical advice and resolve engineering problems

·        Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations

·        Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

·        Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation

·        Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

·        Utilize software for design and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)

Key requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

·        English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential

·        Proficient in engineering design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
