PHONETOUCH Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Electronics and Phone Repair Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile phones, iPads, and tablets.
• Perform common repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, and hardware fixes.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on a wide range of devices.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair issues and timelines.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and manage stock inventory.
• Stay updated with the latest repair technologies and industry advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in mobile phone, iPad, and tablet repair.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and electronic components.
• Experience with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, and other leading manufacturers.
• Proficiency in soldering and component-level repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
