Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality motorcycle repair and maintenance services at customers' locations. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction and the safe operation of their motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in electric motorcycles.
• Perform routine maintenance, including battery checks, software updates, and component replacements.
• Conduct safety inspections and performance assessments on electric motorcycles.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including repairs and parts used.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and service options.
• Stay informed about advancements in electric motorcycle technology and best practices.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safe for use.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a mechanic preferred.
• License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License required.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Australia.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel 75% of the time preferred.
