As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver and an excellent communicator. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Providing personalized assistance and support to customers

Resolving customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer data and order processing

Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs

Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment

Ability to work well in a team environment

Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
