REMOTE POSITION: Front-End Web Developer with XAML Experience BEMA Information Technologies is a highly recognized provider of IT and Software Services to churches, schools and medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our team and help support a specialized CRM and church management systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating responsive, user-friendly websites and have experience with Xamarin or .NET MAUI for building cross-platform mobile applications. We are a little bit different... -We care about people, your family, and your career development -We do not want you working overtime -We work remotely -We want you to take time off and will respect it -We strive to make allowances or assign work based on your passions You will: -Collaborate and brainstorm with 20+ developers and support staff -Provide technical support for enterprise database systems with thousands or millions of records -Develop and integrate features that will roll out at large scale -Work directly with clients to help scope and implement solutions within the database ecosystem -Grow your skills and knowledge with certification prep or online technology study sponsored by BEMA in many cases Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end websites for church management system. -Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless and visually appealing user interfaces. -Ensure web and mobile applications are optimized for performance, speed, and cross-platform compatibility. -Troubleshoot, debug, and implement improvements based on user feedback and performance data. Qualifications: -Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). -Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue. -Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles. -Proficiency in XAML for building user interfaces in Xamarin or .NET MAUI applications. -Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. -Understanding of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind). -Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Other Valuable Skills: -Experience working with church member management software (Arena, F1, Rock, etc.) Compensation for this position depends upon experience.
