Operate as a Lead Angular/front-end developer for the GRC Operational Risk and Compliance Applications Team.
Independently design and develop components in the latest Angular release, supporting various Web Application efforts, while supporting more Junior members of the team in their development efforts
Bring a wealth of experience with TypeScript supporting Angular development
Develop other core JavaScript components leveraging modern libraries, while integrating these solutions into our Application Stack
Participate in the development of advanced UX features, working closely with Web Designers and design forums to incorporate the latest technology into our stack
Provide assistance and guidance during the QA & UAT phases to quickly confirm the validity of potential issues and to determine the root cause and best resolution of verified issues
Required skills:
Angular, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, Git, Experience working and integrating front end applications with RESTful Middle-Tier Applications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web Design, or related field required
At least 5+ years of hands-on web design experience with significant Angular experience
Strong knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles
An understanding of core web application design patterns, such as Model View Controller and Single-Page Web Applications
Strong design and interpretation skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective user interfaces
Experience developing Wireframes, Storyboards, and mockups and working with UX teams.
Other Desired Skills:
Experience with Web Development in Java/J2EE stack is preferred
Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and modern Web Design patterns and best practices.
