Experience working in Visual Studio as well as Azure DevOps including repositories, version control, and deployments.
Experience applying Object Oriented Design.
Experience applying Standard Security methods to custom applications.
Experience in SSRS for developing reports.
Experience creating web APIs.
Experience following coding standards and best practices.
Experience with testing tasks such as identifying test scenarios, test data setup, execution, and documenting test results.
Experience utilizing the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and following IT Best Practices.
Experience resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
Experience following Iterative/Agile/Scrum Methodologies for completing projects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborates with others and is a team player to ensure project success.
Top Skills (5) & Years of Experience:
Advanced level application development skillsets including Analysis and Development within Microsoft .Net Framework. (8+ yrs).
Coding experience in .Net framework with MVC including Angular, C#, VB.Net, JavaScript and Bootstrap. (8+ yrs).
Experience coding applications in Angular (2 years).
Experience developing applications with Oracle backend databases including experience writing stored procedures and SQL. (8+ yrs).
Experience working in Visual Studio as well as Azure DevOps including keeping work items updated in addition to code management.
Nice to Have:
Experience writing technical documentation.
Previous work experience at DNR or other government agency.
Experience with GIS, especially Esri JavaScript APIs.
