Position: HR Advisor/Recruitment Consultant

Gladiator is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor/Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a passion for human resources and recruitment, who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle while providing expert HR advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for managing job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making final selections.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with tailored recruitment and HR solutions. Understand the specific needs of each client to ensure effective candidate placements.
- HR Advisory: Provide expert HR advice on topics such as employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the client's business.
- Candidate Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by fostering relationships and conducting regular follow-ups.
- HR Documentation: Assist in preparing contracts, managing HR documentation, and maintaining personnel records as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure recruitment targets are met and HR advice is delivered promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR advisory, or a similar role. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in various industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR Standards: A strong understanding of HR practices and Australian employment law. Experience in employee relations and performance management is highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while delivering exceptional service.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS systems, and HR databases.
- Client-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating long-term partnerships with clients.
