Our ideal candidate has impeccable relationship skills, a curious mind, and drive to make our client experience as seamless and valuable as possible.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Success Manager (Analytics) to work for DataCO. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytics support for key accounts in our growing customer base. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback and new requirements to inform future development of our products and platform. This position may require travel to various sites as needed to support our projects and clients.
Hours of Work: This is a full-time role where the incumbent with be expected to work at least 38hrs/week
