True Vision Windows & Doors is a leading commercial aluminium windows and doors fabrication/installation team based in West Sydney with a trusted glazing wholesaler background.

As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who share our passion for excellence. We are now hiring a Project Administrator to join the team, this is full-time position. As a Project Administrator at our company, you will oversee our project documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of projects to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Designed, developed, and supervised major projects of the company, ensuring compliance with Australian engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Addressing questions and resolving issues related to contracts, projects & services involved. Handling related paper works, documents.
  • Conducted detailed analysis and interpretation of technical specifications, blueprints, and regulatory requirements for electrical power equipment, ensuring their application met both Australian and international electrical engineering standards.
  • Coordinating with other team members to meet project objectives. Supervising contractor work and reporting on any changes to work orders.
  • Provided specialized advice on electrical engineering methods and procedures, particularly in the areas of system design, optimization, and integration into existing power grids.
  • Managed project operations, including the planning, execution, and oversight of schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment such as transformers, switchboards, and cables.
  • Drafting and reviewing submissions and reports related to project activities. Gathering and analyzing project data, and presenting findings on project results.
  • Fostered relationships with regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders, facilitating compliance and accreditation processes, and promoting the adoption of best practices in electrical engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrate 2-3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry or project management
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in project management, engineering or a related field
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong project management, financial, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and technical documentation.

Benefits:

  • Annual salary range for this position is between 73,150 to $80,000 plus super. Actual renumeration to commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Full-time permanent contract.
