ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the WA State Manager, and you will be responsible for plans, designs, and overseeing the assembly, operation and maintenance of mechanical and process plant and installations.

KEY DUTIES

• Design, development, and implementation of engineering activities
• Conduct technical reviews of engineering design data and outputs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Directing the maintenance of plant and equipment
• Coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules
• Organising and managing project labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipment

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in the engineering field
• Experience in conveyor and bulk handling equipment design
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• Experience using AutoDESK Inventor CAD Software
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with ISO9001: Quality Management Systems would be an advantage
