Senior Manager, Maintenance & Managed Services (MMS) - Permanent - 17730 About the Opportunity A growing software company, HQ’d in Vancouver with an office in Kanata, is looking for a Senior Manager, Maintenance & Managed Services. This is a mid-sized company that specializes in providing SaaS-based telecommunications software solutions to a wide-spread, global client-base. Although this company offers a competitive compensation package, they are rather known for their innovative software solutions and business growth. This software company is 100% remote-friendly and will consider talent across Canada. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and lead auditable and standards-compliant Managed Services and Customer Support processes from start to finish in order to meet SLA’s with customer satisfaction and retention at the forefront
- Lead a diverse and globally-dispersed team of 12-15 individuals focusing on both customer success and employee empowerment/growth simultaneously
- Liaise with key customer stakeholders, provide sales and marketing support for managed services offerings, and oversight of FinOps and DevOps with relation to SaaS offerings
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing a SaaS/software support team ideally within a telecommunications environment
- Technical background in high-level customer support and complex escalations within a SaaS and/or telecom environment; ITIL, tools such as Zendesk, etc.
- Experience and familiarity with SOC2 compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership acumen
