Hard skills: * intimate knowledge of php8.1 and laravel(min v6) framework and React exp * knowledge building and integrating custom composer libraries * intimate experience with react or angular for the frontend * proven ability to unit test php code with php unit and js/ts with jest/protractor * experience migrating/transforming data between different schemas/stores * experience designing and optimizing sql schemas * excellent knowledge of git and GIT flow (branches, PRs, code reviews) * experience with CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub actions * basic knowledge of AWS services such as S3, EC2, LoadBalancers, CloudFormation templates, Sam templates and RDS * experience building various SSO integrations using ActiveDirectory and OKTA * experience with oauth/oauth2.0/openId authentication flows and security best practices As for the soft skills: * excellent communication skills * excellent time management skills (project has a very fast pace) * team player * ability to troubleshoot and debug issues * ability to learn (tech and processes) in a fast changing environment * should be a self starter
