Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Examine and evaluate business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement optimized business practices and system functionalities to address inefficiencies.
• Using project management principles, develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources.
• Lead the implementation of functional solutions, including creating and executing system test plans to maintain quality and integrity.
• Prepare user manuals and training documentation and conduct formal training sessions for end-users.
• Develop detailed functional specifications to guide system developers.
• Data and process modelling techniques create precise software design and development system specifications.
• Act as a key reference point, providing guidance and support during system project decision-making processes.
