Developer Programmer – POS

We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Bepoz Global, based out of Melbourne (VIC) is actively looking for an experienced Developer Programmers to join its team on a full-time basis. The business is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems. They are renowned for supplying products that are customised to meet the demands of running a bar, restaurant, cafe, hotel or club. In addition to POS system, Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps & Self-Ordering fully customized to business.

Main Responsibilities of the role are-

·        Drive complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch.

·        Tackle complex architecture challenges, apply architectural standards and use them on projects.

·        Designing, implementing, testing and deploying various software products

·        Contributing to the overall technical solution design

·        Managing and maintaining existing systems in line with our product custodianship strategy

·        Participating in engineering practices that produce testable, maintainable products

·        Knowledge sharing & mentoring other developers within the team on-shore and off-shore

·        Perform code reviews & documentation as well as take on complex bug fixes, especially on high-risk problems.

·        Set the standard for thorough, meaningful code reviews.

·        Work in collaboration with team members and adhere to timelines and milestones

Must Have –

·        Must have atleast Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar

·        Must have atleast 5 years of experience as a Developer

·        Must have atleast 2 year of experience in POS software

·        Must have atleast 3 years of experience as React Native/full stack Developer

·        Expert Knowledge of CI/CD and implementing API endpoints

Skills Needed –

·        Front end tooling and programming with JavaScript and/or Typescript on the web

·        Reactjs as primary skill & Nodejs as secondary skill

·        Experience in integrating logging frameworks to monitor the real time behaviour of applications

·        Experience with integrating distributed tracing solutions such as open telemetry.

·        Strong experience in advanced caching features using open-source tools such as Redis.

·        Experience with database management, test automation, artificial intelligence.

·        Complex problem solving and thinking out of box

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of $ 75,000 to 95,000 Plus Superannuation.
