Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT and business processes
• Use process and data modelling techniques to develop and manage system software
• Solicit new business and provide technical customer service.
• Utilize IT resources to create IT solutions effective in meeting the requirements of an organization
• Carry out analysis to define configuration specifications and business technological requirements
• Run system tests to monitor performance and ensure optimum quality
• Offer recommendations to upper management on ways to maximize profits by improving systems processes
• Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information
• Monitor systems development processes to ensure successful project completion.
• Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
• Positive attitude, strong work ethics, willingness to learn and a team player
