Technical Lead, Enterprise Asset Management - Permanent - 17783 About the Opportunity  An excellent client of ours, a well-established organization HQ’d in Ottawa, is looking for a Technical Lead, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to join their growing IT group. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Solutions, this individual will lead a small team of Programmer Analysts and will oversee the asset management processes within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the EAM system to meet business needs
  • Constant collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor resources to gather functional requirements for system enhancements and modifications
  • Perpetual mentorship of team members, creation of EAM system training and support plans, etc.
This organization employs a hybrid work model involving two days per week in-office, and thus only candidates local to Ottawa will be considered. Bilingualism in both official languages (French and English) is an asset but not a requirement. About You The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a formal or informal capacity, ideally within an EAM setting
  • 5+ years of technical experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Programmer Analyst, etc. focusing on the implementation and optimization of EAM and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle JDE, HxGN/Infor, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications in ERP/EAM systems is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership acumen
