Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using tools such as Workday Studio, Mule Soft, and other integration platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and analyze business processes.
  • Develop and maintain integration configurations, custom scripts, and middleware connections.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration performance by monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
  • Implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs and ensure deliverables are aligned with architectural and design guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on new functionalities and integration best practices.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Preferred Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, core connectors, and document transformation.
  • Proficiency in integration software like Workday Studio and MuleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security, RaaS reports, Workday APIs, and file transfers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe expectations.
