Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using tools such as Workday Studio, Mule Soft, and other integration platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and analyze business processes.
Develop and maintain integration configurations, custom scripts, and middleware connections.
Ensure seamless data flow and integration performance by monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
Implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs and ensure deliverables are aligned with architectural and design guidelines.
Conduct training sessions for team members on new functionalities and integration best practices.
Provide support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Preferred Skills:
Extensive experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, core connectors, and document transformation.
Proficiency in integration software like Workday Studio and MuleSoft.
Strong knowledge of Workday security, RaaS reports, Workday APIs, and file transfers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe expectations.
