The primary function of this role is to build, manage, and optimize secure, scalable websites while ensuring high performance and visibility standards. This role is crucial for our team, as it will focus on both on-page and off-page strategies and bring a security-first approach to CMS implementation.Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to our unique needs, focusing on technical precision and growth in competitive industries. Build, maintain, and optimize CMS-based websites with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor KPIs and track campaign performance. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment. Engage directly with clients to discuss SEO and CMS strategies, provide performance updates, and communicate technical recommendations. Perform regular CMS updates, patches, and security enhancements to align with the latest SEO best practices. Oversee the transition and migration from vendor-built sites to secure, in-house-managed platforms. Work closely with IT and security teams to address any platform vulnerabilities and maintain robust security standards. Share data-driven insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Handle complex client requirements and high-stakes projects, providing strategic leadership and clear communication. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in SEO and CMS Web Development Proficient in Off-Page SEO and Off-site SEO techniques Extensive understanding and experience with Moz SEO In-depth knowledge of On-Page SEO and On-site SEO strategies Proven expertise in using SEMrush for SEO optimization Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Hands-on experience with Ahrefs and Moz tools for SEO enhancement Strong command over HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Proficient in PHP for web development Experience in working with Drupal CMS Proven skills in CraftCMS for web development Innovation starts with people.
