We need a Beauty Coordinator to join our team and help customers pick the best products and services for them!

As a Beauty Coordinator, you will guide customers in choosing products like facial creams, makeup, hair styling tools, shampoos, and more. You’ll also give advice on beauty services like facials, haircuts, and skin treatments.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Help customers choose beauty products that work for them, like moisturizers, serums, makeup, and hair care products
• Advice on services like facials, haircuts, hair coloring, and skin treatments
• Explain how to use products and why they work for the customer’s skin or hair
• Keep track of customer choices and follow up to make sure they’re happy with their choices
• Work with the sales team to make sure beauty products are in stock and available for customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services

What we’re looking for in you:

• Friendly and outgoing
• You know about beauty products: makeup, skincare, and hair care
• You enjoy helping others and know how to buy solving problems with the right products
• You're good at listening to customers and understanding their needs
• Previous experience in beauty sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Great at writing and communicating clearly
• Able to work well with a team
• Interested in learning about new beauty products and services
