The Role

• Formulate budgetary planning and accounting policies based on assessment of income and expenses.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Evaluate the cash-flow, financial risks, costs and return ratio for ongoing and future business operations.
• Provide accounting and financial advice for business administration, decisions, planning, ongoing operations and taxation. 
• Manage financial records and reports, investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies to ensure accuracy of information contained in financial reports and compliance with statutory obligations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies and assist in the preparation of forecasting reports.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement, manage and revise accounting system of the company.

Your Background

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ extensive hands-on experience in Accounting
• A high level of general accounting knowledge
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• CA/CPA certification (desirable)
• Proficiency in using accounting software
