Our current team comprises of individuals of varying IT background and with decades of industry experience. All of our staff maintain a high level of training, which enables us to stay abreast of the latest technologies in the market.  

The Role

Business Analyst, as the central reference and information source, mainly works with users to collect the data from products or system to process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications. develop system plans, review and evaluate existing systems, and refine or modify systems to meet Unser’s business needs.

Major Job Duty includes:

This is a highly technical and managerial role. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

?     Gather data and information from users about their feedback and needs to evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our products, services and IT process;

?     Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs

?     Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviour

?     Partner with developers to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully

?     Initiates research and undertakes analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and design to deliver successful strategic and operational outcomes aligned with ICT trends and developments

?     Provides solution design through analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and process diagrams; studying system capabilities and writing specifications

?     Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment

?     Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry

Successful applicant will need:

?   At least bachelor’s degree in software development, computer engineering, project management or related field;

?   at least 5 years of extensive and solid experience in closely related position;

?   excellent data and business analysis skills

?   be able to work under pressure and limited supervision;

?   efficient communication skills that can collaborate with team;

?   excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the work can be done based on the timeframe.
