Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain ongoing communication with property owners and tenants
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements and related documents
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for managed properties, conducting inspections when necessary
- Organize and carry out routine inspections, condition assessments, and vacating checks
- Assist in conducting rent reviews, with full guidance from the Director
- Monitor rent arrears and implement procedures to keep them at a minimum
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required
- Identify issues and proactively collaborate with the team to find solutions
- Comply with property management regulations and follow company policies and procedures
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in property management
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and superb time management skills
