Looking for a CNC Operator to work in our stone factory in Marrickville.

• background in Mechanical Engineering
• minimum 1 years experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
• Ability to work both independently and or as part of a team
• Through understanding of construction safety practice

Role:

a. Drawing and preparing plans and measurements using computer-aided drafting software programs such as AUTOCAD

b. Preparing and loading raw materials

c. Operating our CNC, Bridge saw and Waterjet Machines. Inputing command instructions onto the machines, performs test run to ensure correct setting are in place and supervises the actual performance of the machines. This includes cutting of stone, applying of various finishes such as honing and polishing and fabricating different edge profiles such as pencil edging, mitre edging, bullnose edging on stone.
