ICT Business Analyst


We at Littles Lawyers Pty Ltd are a leading personal injury firm seeking a detail-oriented and strategic ICT Business Analyst to join our team. The ICT Business Analyst will work directly with our Chief Information Officer to assist in the data-driven strategic decision making of the management team.

This position will be based in Brisbane, Queensland, and is being offered on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to case workflows, client outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot technological risks and issues that may compromise on security or efficiency and propose resolutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement workflow optimizations that enhance client service delivery.
  • Specify functional and technical specifications to clearly communicate project requirements and feasibility.
  • Assist in monitoring key initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to support clients in adopting new ICT initiatives.
  • Leverage tools including Power Automate and Retool to integrate data from multiple platforms into a centralized SQL database.
  • Provide ongoing user support for staff, troubleshooting issues related to legal document management systems, and other case management tools.
  • Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption to legal workflows when implementing new ICT systems.
  • Track system performance and prepare reports to assess the impact of ICT initiatives on firm productivity and client service.
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an !CT-related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
