Cyber Systems Analyst


ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to rapid growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Cyber Systems Analyst to join the team! The day to day duties include but not limited to: 

  • Designing and managing database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries, and naming conventions to ensure the integrity and completeness of all master data file
  • Testing database systems and upgrades by debugging, tracking, reproducing, logging, and resolving identified issues, in accordance with approved quality testing scripts, procedures, and processes.
  • Maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls
  • Operational management associated with system security and disaster recovery planning
  • Train and help users’ development on technical roadmaps
  • Uncover and understand user and business needs across different teams and areas
  • As needed, coordinating with security vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external resources; analysing, recommending, installing, and maintaining software security applications; and overseeing contractual obligations, performance delivery, and service level agreements.
  • Troubleshooting and providing support for diagnosing, resolving, and repairing server-related hardware and software issues, including workstations and communication infrastructure.
  • Determine future network needs and making recommendations for enhancements in the implementation of future servers and networks

ABOUT YOU 

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical product support or management role
  • Experience with Magento website 
  • High capacity for analysis, critical vision, and proactivity
  • Experience with SQL Server querying or DBA tasks 
  • University or master’s degree related to technology will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in Ticketing industry will be advantageous
