About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare ICT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong track record working with and implementing systems similar to a Digital Front Door or similar patient engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with third-party software and engineering team to translate business requirements into functional specifications and feature designs for internal systems
• Identifies and evaluates inefficiencies and recommends optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
• Identifying and analysing business processes and workflows to meet business requirements
• Configuration of software to meet customer workflows and specifications
• Manage project timelines, scope and budgets to ensure successful project completion
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and maintain high quality
• Translation of business needs into specifications and work closely with IT teams to implement new systems and features
• Provision of expert-level advice and guidance to stakeholders on ICT related matters

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2–4 years of experience in a Healthcare ICT Business analyst role or similar within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated experience implementing healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with systems like Digital Front Door or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to analyse business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
