With offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and an exciting new location opening in Melbourne in 2025, we are expanding and looking for dynamic Office Managers to join our team in all our locations.

About the Role

As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of your assigned office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coordinate, and support a dedicated team while upholding Lucky White Goods’ commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate administrative activities, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to office staff.
  • Manage budgets, office supplies, and resources to meet operational needs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and promote collaboration within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Support the Melbourne office setup and establish operations ahead of its 2025 opening (if based in Melbourne).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Perth
  • Melbourne (starting in 2025, with planning involvement from 2024).
