About the Role

Vision Craft Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our professional team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of renovation projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities

?Plan, manage, and oversee multiple renovation projects simultaneously.

?Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

?Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor budgets to ensure cost control.

?Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all projects.

?Proactively identify challenges and implement practical solutions to mitigate risks.

?Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

?Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.

?A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

?Familiarity with Australian building codes, renovation standards, and safety regulations.

?Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

?Proficiency in project management tools and software.

?Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results.

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese mandarin is an advantage due to our client base and the need for effective business coordination.
