Atrium 10 is seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead the operations at 7th Ave Bar & Restaurant. This pivotal role requires a hands-on professional to manage daily activities, optimize operational performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the guest experience through seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee key areas such as staff supervision, inventory management, financial planning, and marketing initiatives. Your leadership will directly contribute to the continued success and growth of our business, ensuring we remain a preferred dining destination in Midland.

Key Responsibilities

•     Determine the optimal product mix, stock levels, and service standards to align with customer preferences.

•     Formulate and implement purchasing strategies, marketing campaigns, and pricing policies to drive revenue growth.

•     Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.

•     Monitor and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize wastage.

•     Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals and maximize profitability.

•     Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.

•     Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and a superior guest experience.

•     Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and industry standards.

•     Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.

•     Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

•     Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

•     Diploma in retail or business management

•     Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.

•     Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business objectives.

•     Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting.

•     Excellent understanding of customer service principles and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

•     Proficiency in using POS systems and familiarity with restaurant or retail management software.
