Fusion Software Development Pty Ltd (Fusion SD) specialises in developing high-performance software solutions for the global automotive industry. We work with dealerships and OEMs in the automotive sector in Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Our flagship product, AMS Pro, is a lead management and CRM system designed specifically for the automotive sector. It automates the entire car sales and customer lifecycle process, helping dealerships and OEMs enhance customer service, boost sales and manage productivity.

As a result of our ongoing global expansion, we are looking to add two Full Stack Developers, to join our team of developers and work from our head office in Bella Vista, Sydney, Australia.

Position Overview

We are seeking two skilled and motivated developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of professional experience as Full-Stack Developers and proven experience delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with React.js.
• Manage and optimise PostgreSQL and Firebase databases for performance and reliability.
• Set up and maintain enterprise infrastructure with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
• Develop and execute testing and validation processes.
• Deploy code to productive environments while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js and modern development frameworks.
• Strong experience with database management and optimisation, particularly with PostgreSQL and Firebase
• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Familiar with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and verbally.
• Experience in the automotive industry or with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• The successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
