Position Description:

·     Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.

·     Ensure dishes are prepared with the highest quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

·     Collaborate on menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative ideas.

·     Develop and test new recipes while maintaining the authenticity of Italian cuisine.

·     Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

·     Monitor and maintain stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages.

·     Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

·     Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve skills and efficiency.

·     Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations before they are served.

·     Conduct regular checks to maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

·     Occasionally engage with guests to receive feedback and ensure satisfaction.

·     Adjust recipes or offerings based on customer preferences or special dietary needs.

·     Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food.

·     Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and maintain a safe kitchen environment.

·     By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Pharmacy Technician ensures that the pharmacy operates efficiently and patients receive the highest quality of care and service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
