Your Role

As an Internal Sales Administrator / Customer Service professional, you’ll be at the heart of what we do, helping to streamline the order process and deliver exceptional service to our clients. From first inquiry to the completion of the order, you’ll manage the flow and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your role is essential in creating lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Customer Sales & Service: Handle phone, email, and web inquiries, process orders, and provide tailored solutions to client needs and attend to showroom customers.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales Reps, Art, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality results.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and services, offering expert advice to clients when needed.

• Marketing Support: Assist with showroom maintenance, stock management, pricing, and online store updates.

• Variety: Handle ad-hoc duties that come your way, and always be ready to lend a helping hand.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve under pressure

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP software is a bonus

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• A solution-focused mindset with a can-do attitude

• A team player who loves working collaboratively
