HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISER

Full time $75,000.00 + superannuation

FL Services, a leader in Australia’s food service distribution industry, is rooted in family values and a passion for excellence. We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Adviser to support our team and contribute to our innovative and dedicated work environment.

This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.

The successful candidate must have:

• Excellent English skills.

• The right to work in Australia.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in HR software and tools.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

• Supporting recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.

• Managing employee records, contracts, and compliance with Australian workplace laws.

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Facilitating employee performance reviews and development plans.

• Resolving workplace issues, including conflict management and mediation.

• Analysing HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
