Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for IT systems, hardware, and software across the retail department.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software applications.
3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including workstations, network switches, servers, printers, and Pos’s systems.
4. Respond to internal IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Implement and manage security protocols to ensure data protection and compliance with Australian standards.
6. Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software rollouts to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience Required

1. Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
2. Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems.
3. Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements.
4. Installing and downloading appropriate software.
5. Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.
6. Implementing computer networks.
7. Designing and maintaining company websites.
8. Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, network switches and modems.
