Description We are seeking a disciplined and skilled Software Developer with deep expertise in PHP and Laravel. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality web applications while collaborating within a tight-knit team. Your ability to communicate effectively and contribute meaningfully to a smaller organizational structure will be paramount. This is a Direct Hire/Permanent Placement position and will be hybrid, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week. Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Debug and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, scalable, and robust solutions.
Provide technical input during project planning and review sessions.
RequirementsQualifications
Must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a PHP Developer
Expertise in Laravel is necessary for this role
Strong knowledge of MySQL is required
Experience with Lamp Stack is essential
Proficiency in React is a desirable quality for this role
Drupal experience = nice to have
