  • Data entry and indexing documents
  • Scanning and Imaging
  • Working on dual screens across multiple platforms
  • Going through paper loan files and documents 
  • Uploading image to internal systems for electronic review
  • Review imaged documents for accuracy, completeness and image quality
  • Processing closing and compliance documents on loans
  • Reviewing completed loan packages against system data
  • Correcting errors to loan packages and/or system data
  • Obtaining missing information and resolving exception processing issues
