DATA ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service AND you are also excellent with Data Entry? We have a local company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working with assisting us with heavy inbound calls and also handling overflow data entry work from specific teams. You'll be required to multi-task efficiently, follow up with customers via phone, and email to retrieve information and assist with clerical data entry support. Schedule: Mon-Fri (may fluctuate) 8am - 4:30pm Dress Code - Business Attire  Pay - $16.00 This is a temp-to-hire role that will provide major medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays and 401K when the position reaches the permanent phase.   Responsibilities

 -Data-Entry and Typing Skills are a necessity  -Being a self-starter and work independently without supervision  - Good work ethics and an eagerness to learn new things  - Being on time and reliable  - Able to answer inbound calls from a variety of people and field the calls successfully and promptly  - Good clerical and administrative skill set such as filing, documenting, keeping client files in order  - Good communication to be a liaison to customer service and the other administrative and surveying teams  - We need excellent follow-through and follow-up between our evening team and our daytime team  - A sense of urgency when things get busy and a lot of work is coming through  - Troubleshooting a problem or being proactive to help someone out of a problem if you stumble upon one  - Leadership and setting a good example for others.
