Title:Benefits Administration/HRIS AnalystRemote Opportunity AvailableSalary Pay: $60kJob ResponsibilitiesKBR is seeking a Benefits Administration/HRIS Analyst who is able to develop, implement, analyze, and administer results for a specialized HR function such as, compensation, benefits, HR systems, staffing, learning & development, international, other HR disciplines. This position will report to the Principal Benefits Specialist and serves as the primary contact for the following:Practical Knowledge Needed for Success:Excel: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel (V-Lookup, spreadsheet applications)Benefits: General benefits plan design, administration, and compliance knowledge to include outsourced functions for health/retirementAdministration: Knowledge of data flow between various systems and associated data integrityFamiliar with SAP/ADP and Workday HRIS systems a plusGoals for Success:Collect, analyze, and interpret custom data in SAP/ADP, HRIS, and other benefits systems using Excel to compile metrics and produce relevant reportsAudits plan census and payroll data for accuracy to ensure data integrity of all data entered and distributedWork fall out or error reports associated with automated interface data from internal and external resourcesAnalyze and resolve benefits/payroll interface errors from file send/receive to outsourced vendors.Partner with Benefits, HR, payroll, IT, and vendor to resolve escalated HR and system-related data issuesDevelop documented purpose, layout, timing, etc. for all file to/from Benefits and vendorsDocument purpose, layout, timing, for all file to/from Benefits and vendorsParticipate in system testing for acquisitions, plan design/administration/implementations, etc. involving HRIS, vendor,and payroll systemsAbility to perform well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the management of multiple projects at once, without compromising quality and service levels.Success Factors2-3 years systems exposure and/or development2-3 years benefit plan administrationExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.Self-motivated and Detail Oriented with strong and demonstrated analytical skillsAbility to work virtually as part of a cohesive team.
